Our philosophy

Founded in 2004 as a hundred percent subsidiary of Tank & Rast GmbH, SANIFAIR has been the leading provider of flexible sanitary concepts in the public sector ever since – or rather wherever the global mobile society is known to make a stop, be it at motorway service areas, railway stations or shopping centres. Originally focused on Germany, SANIFAIR locations can now be found all over Europe. As provider of sanitary concepts, we permanently pursue the goal to create a pleasant experience outside the privacy of one’s home. SANIFAIR stands for the good feeling in every situation – before, during and after the visit. We achieve that by means of the uncompromising cleanliness and hygiene of our non-contact equipment, innovative technical elements (state-of-the-art), industry-defining, certified quality and service standards, a discrete and pleasant atmosphere and a fair price-performance ratio.

TÜV Rheinland attests

Every year, SANIFAIR is audited by TÜV Rheinland according to the “Service-Quality-System” (SQS). The TÜV certification confirms that SANIFAIR’s high demand to quality shows in practice as well. The TÜV rates the service and performance of SANIFAIR from the customer’s perspective and issues this specific certification only to companies that ensure special customer satisfaction by means of the quality of their staff and service-oriented offers.

SANIFAIR is a certified member

The franchise certification by the German Franchise Association (DFV) confirms that SANIFAIR fulfils the DFV standards. This is i.a. the DFV ethics code that denominates the rights and obligations of franchisor and franchisee, thus enabling a uniform appearance of reputable franchising. Furthermore, the ethics code contains guidelines regarding the fair dealings between franchisee and franchisor.
